Profiling or not, Martin had no way of knowing if he was being followed or if someone was just walking behind him. He chose to confront and attack that person for whatever reason, and paid the consequences.

initially, Martin ran away but returned (at the urging of his girl friend). AT THAT POINT he became the agressor. He went back and found Zimmerman, confronted him and we all know the rest of the story.
My question is, If Zimmerman is found guilty of either murder OR manslaughter, will the girl friend be charged with accessory to the murder of Martin? She was the one who advised him to “Kick the White Crackers Ass” or something similar.
Guess we all know she too will skate away unscaved due to her color. IMO, Sanford, FL is one cess pool I would never care to visit.
