this “trial” has descended into the land of the SURREAL!

I know. What I heard on the radio was a spot with defense attorney West sounding irritated and bewildered that these things were being thrown in so late in the trial.

And when three or more weeks of a case have been oriented toward specific charges, it seems wrong to allow the introduction of any new charges after the prosecution and defense have rested their cases.

Agreed. You’ve spent all your time disproving a specific charge, it’s nothing more than moving the goalposts at the last minute.

The racial aspects of this were agitated from the White House down, direct involvement. We have a case that should never have gone to trial on the grounds of murder. Now we see a judge that hijacks the ability of the defense to disprove other charges.

If this man goes to jail...what are we going to do about it? We should ALL worry about the same thing happening to any one of us. Our government is targeting people because of who they are, not what they’ve done. It is a sad day.
