7/11/13 - Fox News Channel legal analyst Peter Johnson Jr. scolded the judge presiding in the case against George Zimmerman for the 2012 murder of Trayvon Martin. He said that the judge was "inappropriate" when she raised her voice at Zimmerman's lawyers and prodded the defendant repeatedly over his choice not to testify in the case against him.
Doocy said that, given the evidence presented so far, some are asking why Zimmerman was charged with second degree murder in the first place. He also wondered if Zimmerman had received a "fair trial."
After playing a clip of Judge Debra Nelson speaking curtly to Zimmerman's attorneys, Doocy turned to Johnson for his reaction to what he characterized as "badgering."
"Incredible," Johnson replied. "Yes, badgering. Inappropriate and emblematic of what some people think has been an unfair case from the beginning."
"If you want proof positive about a process that's gone haywire a little bit, the attitude of the judge in pushing Mr. Zimmerman," he added. "It was really out of control and inappropriate."

Inappropriate? An outrage is more like it.
Stressed out?
Robo tripping.
and what is the DOJ doing to the Judge in her chambers ?
Not mentioned in the Wiki article is one of Judge Freisler's favorite tactics. Freisler liked to order doomed Jews and members of the resistance to stand while he berated them. Since their belts and suspenders had been taken from them (in the interests of "security"), their pants would begin to fall down.
When they used one of their hands (usually in handcuffs) to hold up their pants, Judge Freisler would allow the pitch of his voice to rise even higher as he demanded to know what they were doing with their pants, and if they were grabbing their trousers as some sort of sign of disrespect toward the Court.
If you want to find confirmation of this story, you'll have to read William Shirer's The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich."
Kevin D. WIlliamson has a great piece about the overuse of the word “inappropriate” in the current issue of National Review.
Chris Farley didn’t die... he grew long hair and became a judge.
Will Zimmerman’s lawyers go for minimalism i.e. innocent man, victim of crime, state’s case not proven etc. or will they (as they should) invoke the names and offices of the president, the AG and anyone else who has been pulling strings behind the scenes?
Gives a whole new meaning to “Criminal Justice”...
Based on today’s rulings and her other behavior I think Zim could reverse a conviction. But then, I don’t see how he can be convicted on the evidence that came in at trial.
You wouldn’t be making a connnection between the administration, their lackeys in the Judicial branch and the Nazi party, would you?
We remind, you decide.
Bye bye 5th Amendment.
The resemblances are eerie. Also there were the famous Stalin show trials

Holder's KKK wears black robes.
lol... there is a resemblance...although Chris was not quite as manly...
I’m currently listening to prosecutor live on Fox...what a moron!
He'll be branded a "convicted murderer" and a "felon" for the rest of his life.
The MSM will never miss a single chance to say the words "convicted murderer" every time they mention his name, and they'll find reasons to mention his name about a hundred times a day - each - on every single MSM channel.
