Breaking it up would mean that farmers couldn’t be blamed for the high cost of ‘the Farm Bill’.
Since they only make up a tiny part of the electorate, way less than 5%, it makes sense to keep them as targets in ths blame game, both around the country, and even here on FreeRepublic.
