CROSSVILLE, AL -
A Crossville man's home was broken into Sunday. When a trio tried to break into his camper the next day, they got a little more than they bargained for.
According to DeKalb Co. Sheriff Jimmy Harris, a home on County Road 24 was broken into Sunday. The owner was cleaning up from the break-in on Monday when he heard people outside and found three people trying to break into his camper.
The owner called the Sheriff's Office, then held the offenders at gunpoint until the authorities arrived. The victim noticed some of his belongings from the first burglary in the suspects' vehicle.
Brittany Necole Seay, 24, of Guntersville; Christopher Allen Kuykendall, 33, of Albertville; and Kenneth Seay, 40, of Guntersville, were arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.
All of the missing items were located in the offender's vehicle and returned to the owner.
"We always hope that the home owner has the opportunity to call the Sheriff's Office of 911 first," Harris said. "You have the rights by law to protect your family and your property. This homeowner did this and we were able to make the arrest. We are just glad that no one was injured in this situation. I would also like to thank the Crossville Police Department for working so well with our investigations and deputies on this case."
Half the population is below average ...
How do you figure that?
Such a pity that the owner didn’t empty an entire clip into the 3 sub-humans. Now the sub-humans will enter our beyond pathetic criminal injustice system. They each will be given a sleazy, morally challenged defense attorney at our expense, who will whine and cry on behalf of the sub-humans that the sub-humans should not be responsible for their own actions, they will be sentenced to 1/100 the amount of time they should have received by some liberal judge, and will be released early by some idiot parole board, and while in prison they will be taught by other sub-humans how to be a better criminal. They will be released and the cycle will start all over again.
Technically, half the population is below the median.
Yeah I was jokin’ that I was too dumb to figure it out.
Failed as a comedian too!
Somehow, though, "half the population is below the median" just doesn't have the punch of "half the population is below average".
In real life, people have responded to me with hysterical outrage over this ... I'm tempted to reply with "here's your sign".
As a strange aside, the surname Seay goes all the way back to the Norman Conquest. “The family descend from William de Say who accompanied William I to England. His descendant Geoffrey de Say was summoned to Parliament in the year 1312.”
The surname Kuykendall is about as odd. Dutch, their great ancestor was a prominent citizen of New Amsterdam (1625-1665), which became New York in 1665.
The vast majority of whom are 'rats.
