I don’t think it’s a scandal. I think she was asked to step aside to make way for an as-yet-unknown actor, unappointed of course, to coordinate the New Police State and the Martial Law that will follow the Zimmerman riots.
Wouldn’t anybody incurring loss due to rioting have remedy in suing the Fed, what with the documents AND audiotape of DOJ planning those riots?

The reports back to DC from Sanford, FL must be that a pretty quick verdict is expected...so instead of a “new” DHS chief an underling is temporary in charge for the Zimmerman riot fiascos to come.
Big Sis is out of the picture and a Deputy Assistsnt Blah, Blah, Blah falls on the sword and the absolute “need” for Martial Law is determined.
