What Happened to Congress’ ‘Fast and Furious’ Fury?

They didn't mean it, of course.

Look, most Americans who are interested in politics have a "Blue-Red" model or a "D vs. R" model for thinking about things.

That's not a valid model.

The correct model is "People and States vs. National government".

There are probably some things about Obama the Congressional GOP doesn't like. Well, maybe. But there's one big thing they DO like, and that is their belief that he can finally put an end to the pretentions of the human cattle back in the districts that they have any right of self-rule.

This idea - the the People rule themselves and that we have retained rights, and that the Congress, Federal Courts, and Executive Branch are LIMITED IN POWER - this is anathema to evey single Member of Congress, Supreme Court Justice, and to all Presidents.

It's taken 100 years for them to be completely detached from the limits we placed on them in 1788, Barack Obama and his crowd are the agents of that final, fundamental transformation, and, by God, they are not looking back because the armies of socialism only march in one direction.

Why doesn't the Congressional GOP "do something"? Because they are the farmers and we are the cows, and they like that just fine. The disputes are over details.

Fast and Furious, like Benghazi and all the other numerous scandals odumbo is part of have been orchestrated to disapear. When you have no mention of it in the media, people forget about them and hence, my point. I believe nothing will ever come of Fast and Furious nor will the other scandals be addressed. Odumbo and company has skated away into the fog of absent mindedness on the part of the American people.

"It's taken 100 years for them to be completely detached from the limits we placed on them in 1788..."

And it's almost time to put those limits back - the hard way....
