I've posted this before, but I have an alternative idea:
Wall off the Austin and Gresham neighborhoods in Chicago.
Get all the kids out. Any kid under 15, chances are can be saved from the death culture.
Once the kids are all out and Austin and Gresham are walled off so no one can get in or out, drop as much ammunition and weapons of every kind right smack dab in the middle of those neighborhoods.
Wait two weeks, or until the shooting has stopped - whichever comes first.
THEN send in the national guard and arrest anyone left alive for murder. Put them on trial, convict them, and throw them in jail for the rest of their lives.
Problem solved.
Best not to waste the ammo unless homeland security wants to take care of it.
Perhaps marksmanship classes and some target practice. Way too much collateral damage by the local nationals.
