You have to wonder about insurance companies who write policies for hundreds of thousands of dollars on kids with a minimum wage job.

That's why I get so pissed off when I hear the term "gun" violence. It isn't gun violence. It's black on black violence. Remove black on black violence from the equation and the per capita homicide rate in the United States would be on par with many "gun free" European utopias.

The problem in Chicago is that the most criminally irresponsible people are the ones with guns (criminals with and without uniforms) with everyone else falling into the victim category.

July 4 was a bad but expected weekend for homicide in Chicago. But the article I posted was from May 24 so the July 4 weekend would not have been included in those numbers.

Let me correct this, the Windy City has for decades been in the grip of a liberalism epidemic. Violence and societal breakdown is the normal, expected result of decades of unrestricted liberalism. I think we need Liberal Control, not Gun control.
