how? you can still goto jail for rape if the wife lies on you... how? you can still goto jail for rape if the wife lies on you...Never once heard of a rape charge that stuck made by a wife.
I suppose it might be somehow possible but I haven’t heard of it. A jury would have a hard time with that one.
