What is so great about the California University system?
They put out more liberal jerks than any other system in the nation. It is a perfect fit for them.
I say it because we really cannot tell for sure what gender Napolitano is.

I think they’re appointed by the Gov and maybe a few seats to the leaders of the assembly and the senate of Cal. Some of the positions may be determined by jobs someone holds like Lt. Gov.
