Portland’s black population is 2% of the total - that’s well below the tipping point where black culture starts becoming dangerous.

Tell that to the people of nearby Troutdale, OR and Portland itself.

We moved from the WDC area last year. While we lived in a “nice” suburb, there were no walls keeping out the ferals (esp at night). And to top it off, the LIBs extended various mass transit option into the suburbs to help the ferals get to you. Enough...move your self out. There is a real life and reasonable people outside these LIB hellholes.
