There is another charge—A Hung Jury.
The women could have been told that the blacks will kill their families if they let Zimmerman walk. The “White Boy” must die to keep the peace. They should nail him to a cross. My bet—Zimmerman is going to Jail where he will never comeout alive. I hope these ladies and the judge wash their hands of his blood. We all should as well. Zimmerman will have died for our sins. What sins you ask? Voting for Obama perhaps, Not voting for “dog abusing” Mitt Romney? Voting for Liberal Democrats out of habit? Trusting hope and change when you could see it was a lie? We are all sinners.

100%. And then we (collectively speaking) put that subhuman marxist/muslim/racist/fascist/hate-America/faggot/doper/liar/traitor, back in for a 2nd time, to finish destroying America. And the SHTF will happen, as the welfare state collapses under its own weight.

The child abuse charge was aimed squarely at the women jurors. They knew it had no chance, it was a psyop.

You’re correct in that you can’t please everyone, and these legal gymnastics are only designed to appease the base element who couldn’t give a damn about justice ... I’m sick & tired of the “moderation” myth applied to every facet of society; particularly, it has NO place in a criminal proceeding, where the “compromise” result would effectively be no different from the extreme outcome that the race crowd set out for.

It’s not a minor conviction, it’s serious.

It isn’t my job to explain anything. I just asked a question. Zimmerman’s fate is now in the hands of the jury. My opinion doesn’t mean a thing.

It’s Florida law but it’s an unfair law. He was charged with 2nd degree murder. He pled not guilty to 2nd degree murder. He was tried on 2nd degree murder. The jury took notes on 2nd degree murder. Then they’re told they can find him guilty of manslaughter if they believe he pulled the trigger.

If the prosecution can change the charges, Zimmerman should be able to change his story.

Yup. That scares me. If they didn’t return a “not guilty” pronto, they’re unclear on the concept of “beyond a reasonable doubt”. They can be unconvinced of his innocence, but they can’t be sure of his guilt - and that should be obvious.

The moral of the story is: don’t assault people.

An armed society is a polite society.

Maybe, maybe not. I read the judge’s instructions to the jury, and the application of the affirmative defense of self-defense to the manslaughter charge was not spelled out as clearly as its application to the second degree murder charge. If they were asking for a clarification of that point (and got an honest description of the law in reply) it might be good news.

but we are in the world of me me me.......

I hear ya...I'll trust in the heart of these women first. If it goes any other way, we will only know it was a designed travesty of justice and we will never have an explanation of why.

Zimmerman was laying on his back and choking on blood. The blood had not yet been pulled by gravity down onto his mouth.

I see it as good news also. Ruled out Murder 2, making sure about manslaughter for the holdout(s)

I don’t expect a polite society after the verdict, whatever it is.

“It was a hopelessly hung jury.”

Was that person re-tried?

"I was troubled as to why Trayvon did not have any of Zimmerman’s blood on his hands."

Nobody ever showed there was no blood on his hands. After being exposed to the rain for some amount of time the examiners didn't notice any visually, and that was it. There was never a test that showed none was there.

“It isn’t my job to explain anything.”

Fair enough. I'm simply stating that in this case the supposedly higly accurate and infallible “forensic evidence” is full of “inconclusive results”, spoiled samples and inept evidence preservation that makes the whole of their testimony suspect. IMHO.

If Zimmerman is found guilty every white man in America is going to have to lay down and take a beating every time a black man feels like punching him. If the white man fights back and harms the black guy, he’s toast.

Any possible disorder will be from those gullible enough to follow the Black Panthers, Al “Tawana Brawley” Sharpton, and Jessie “Hymie-Town” Jackson. Those thugs, scammers, and hypocrites ginned up the protests and cast this case racially when there is no evidence of race being a factor.
