"Professional Bakers". ROTFLMAO! I saw them making Twinkees on "
Unwrapped" - it's all BY MACHINE! The union douchebags just stood around watching the machines and occasionally adding vegetable shortening or packaging them up.

I love that show (Unwrapped) and also How Its Made. I found this video, no sound and it doesnt show the big automated computerized mixing vats but it does show just how automated the process is.

I would think that the only actual real professional and highly experienced bakers needed if any, are the ones working in the test kitchens developing new products. Otherwise you only need someone bright enough to follow directions and operate the machinery, basically a minimum wage job.
