If he’s found guilty, I may vomit. A quick verdict, unless the evidence is overwhelming, usually favors the defendent. But throw everything out when it’s 6 women.
A few years back, I was on the first all women jury in our county here in CA. It was a wrongful death suit. We were not sequestered and our trial went longer than this one did. Once we were given the case, we really fought it out, not when it came to the judgement in our case, which found a ranch negligent, but when it came to the award of $$$. I was one person on the jury that stood my ground. While the guilt or innocence had to be unanimous, the penalty did not and I was a hold out, the award was to be far to generous and I was not going to stand for it. We were polled in both the finding of guilt and the award. So don’t assume that just because an all women jury will be squishy. Some of us are INTJ’s.
Historically true, before the Kangaroo Court Railroad System was installed in blue states.
He was just found ‘Not Guilty’,so you don’t have to vomit.
