I thought that was strange but now I know why.
I'm thankful all of my children are home now and we will hunker down for the next few days.
How long until Eric Holder brings civil rights charges against George Zimmerman?

I’ll bet Reginald Denny wish he had had some situational awareness all those years ago....
Did you forget the sarc tag? ;) I thought they were awful and basically said the jury got it wrong, then would say they respected the decision. No they did not respect the jury, or their decision. They tried to retry the case in their presser.
Zimmermans brother on CNN with Piers Morgan....handling Piers very well...as Piers can be a real “P” and believed Zimmerman was quilty.
Shrewd observation. Let’s hope.
Maybe Obama and company want mass riots, he can declare a national security emergency and take over once and for all without the pesky Constitution to block his way.
FU leftist, tyrants, statist, a-holes...shove it
“No, I would.”
You would hit THAT?
You would hit Janet Napolitburo????
I caught a little bit of it while channel surfing where he noted that Martin took the actions that led to his death.
Television coverage stinks. You can only take 30 seconds of Jerry Rivers before you want to turn it off.
Brother is doing well against Piers.
They had helicopters hovering over every street in the 'hood,
and they had non-stop coverage of the verdict.
There was interview , after interview, with "outraged" people,
and all the "rage" people were "feeling",
and how it was "building, and building".
They (media) were practically begging people to burn the city down.
They couldn't wait for it to start.
And to this day, no one has ever confronted them about it.
Now it's-
Here we go again.
“This jury did good. That said, it should have been decided 24 hours ago. If it was six guys, they would have been out for beers before closing time last night.”
Not necessarily at all. Perhaps the jurors wanted to examine and discuss the evidence in their own way and on their own terms and each make a decision that they were doing the right thing based on the law and the evidence.
This was a long trial with a lot of evidence, and quite frankly I’m amazed the verdict came in so quickly. My guess is that they pretty much knew they were going to find not guilty when they first began deliberations, but they truly wanted to properly deliberate the matter and weigh all of the evidence against the law.
There could have also been one person not quite sure and the others had to convince the holdout. I’ve served on a felony jury before where that was the case, so I know what’s involved. In my case, there were 12 jurors. I was elected jury chairman. The jury was initially split about 6-6. Eventually, we had it 11-1 and I could tell the one remaining holdout had pretty much just given up, but she wanted one more free meal at the taxpayers expense before she caved. Even though it was time for supper, as jury chairman I made the decision to delay the meal, knowing she would probably cave, which she promptly did. So, basically I starved the remaining holdout to achieve a unanimous verdict.
Robert Zimmerman, George’s brother is on the air with the leftist moron Piers Morgan. Robert is an articulate, intelligent young man and a credit to his brother.
Ok, JoeProBono,
The masonic stuff is...wierd with Bro. Tracy Martin as District Grand Master. That’s pretty high up there.
My heart does go out to him for his loss.
Wow, Zimmerman’s brother is eloquent against Pierce Morgan in defending his brother. Pierce is as always, a total as*hole in his questioning.
Asks him if his brother was going to keep his gun.
Brother says, well, yes, since so many people appear to want to kill my brother.
Zimmerman’s are a classy and well educated family and have shown so much restraint.
I pray for the Martin family, that they and others come to a full understanding of what truly happened to their son, and a better understanding of our justice system, and how it ultimately also applies to them, as well, as free individuals in this country.
Crackers betta watch out whats good for ya cause I liked me some crushed up crackers in my soup....Sup YO!!!
I say that about the guys with some humor. I think this group did a very nice job. It was likely they all agreed fairly early it was not murder, but at least one was considering manslaughter, but not all. They probably did their best to review key pieces of evidence together (the list they requested last night), and then at the end used the info supplied by the court to get a unanimous decision that the situation did not match up with a manslaughter charge. It’s not easy to go either way in a case like this because there was no bad guy. It was a terrible situation that affected two families. Both have suffered, and both will continue.
The jury seems to have done a very admirable job. My reference to guys was my take on a typical group of six guys. I could see them all sit and go, does anyone think this was murder...’no’. Ok, cool. Now does anyone see evidence that Zimmermann pursued and attacked the guy...no....ok, cool. What time does happy hour end, fellas, let’s get out of here.
