How long until Eric Holder files charges for “civil rights violations”?

This has been answered about 1000 times on FR since this trial started. Zimmerman cannot be charged with civil rights violation, the only people that can violate a person's civil rights are members of the government. Zimmerman doesn't qualify. Also, Florida law forbids the filing of civil suits(such as wrongful death)when the defendant is found NOT GUILTY. The only think Zimmerman has to worry about now is being taken out by one or more of the Amish.

18 U.S.C. Section 249 holds open the possibility that a private person can be prosecuted for violating the rights of another.

Glad you answered it for the 1,001st time. I appreciate the information. I hope it is correct. This case shows the importance of having competent defense counsel. Now GZ can focus on numerous lawsuits against media organizations that slandered him. Perhaps collect a few dollars... that can go to pay his criminal attorneys, and finance a move far, far away from his former neighborhood...
