I was up late last night watching this Zimmerman thing and I awake this morn refreshed and believing slightly that the system works.
Come on, the Justice Department is being asked to begin ANOTHER case against Zimmerman, by the NAACP?
They don’t know this is Double Jeopardy? Of course they do. It’s all about fanning the flames, not peace and harmony. They put their money on Trayvon and surely, somewhere, there was a more deserving kid of this kind of sympathy and attention.
I know I’m being brave and typing this with benefit of retrospection, indulge me.
For while Obama and all the race-baiters were out organizing protests, I sat and pondered the many black folk I’ve known and worked with over the years.
No way were they the type to go out and riot like nut jobs. I didn’t think your ordinary black Americans, those struggling to raise kids and pay the mortgage like the white folk and the brown folk, would take to the streets and carry on like heathens. The race-baiters can always find somebody to pay and transport but I’m just sorry, the black brethren might love Obama but I am so not convinced they’d take to the streets rioting for him, I still don’t think they will.
If this all goes by with just a fizzle (and there’s still tomorrow, don’t know what it will bring) this will be another quiver in Obama’s skull.
He’s down to almost zero popularity and it’s just the beginning of his second term. Preidents drop in popularity naturally during second terms, fatigue, that sort of thing.
Let this Affordable Care Act get enacted and the Bamster will be down to zero popularity. This is way better than impeaching the guy; let him fade away as a bad choice for first black President and get to nominating a good example for black people, like Ben West for example.

Filing a Racial Case with the DOJ is NOT double jeapordy, neither are civil cases. Having said that, it will be harder to file for the DOJ now.
