The White House

Office of the Press Secretary

For Immediate Release - July 14, 2013

Statement by the President

The death of Trayvon Martin was a tragedy. Not just for his family, or for any one community, but for America. I know this case has elicited strong passions. And in the wake of the verdict, I know those passions may be running even higher. But we are a nation of laws, and a jury has spoken. I now ask every American to respect the call for calm reflection from two parents who lost their young son. And as we do, we should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to widen the circle of compassion and understanding in our own communities. We should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis. We should ask ourselves, as individuals and as a society, how we can prevent future tragedies like this. As citizens, that’s a job for all of us. That’s the way to honor Trayvon Martin.

What’s “gun violence?” And what about fist violence? Are the bipartisan, controlling constituents behind the politicians wanting Medieval Asian policies in the USA?

Rest assured, this piece of trash will never give a statement on any of the thousands of tiny children who get raped and murdered or the families who witness the convicted being released from prison.

Obama stands by his fellow thugs. The innocent are to be exterminated.

No, there is a real tragedy which is being ignored by the cadre of regime sycophants and it was underlined in the Trayvon death.

America's black children are not being cared for by caring, sacrificial parents, and the federal government has been making it worse with every new item in the government dependency dole. Kids like Trayvon are the product of a lost generation or two fully the responsibility of exploitative political power mongers.

The occasional black youth who makes it through school then joins the army --for instance-- and finds out that skin color does not prevent learning to have integrity succeed in life and have children who do not turn into Trayvon Martins.

How utterly shameful that certain black athletes are now mouthing off hate speech trying to incite race wars, yet they have been given the gold ring because they spent some time working hard to achieve something they are now ashamed to promote and would rather be popular with a lost generation.

Why do the media not promote more of the Gale Sayers and Metumbo black men and less of the gangsta black athletes who become drug addled animal and spouse abusers?

Thanks. It’s interesting that the DoJ would make such a politically risky move, when it might cause more distrust in the less vociferous majority of the population. Many folks in all ethnic groups are more conscious of security concerns due to recent media publications and other instigations (dirty politics, business, etc.). I lived in one of the most rough neighborhoods during the ‘70s, and most of the residents were law-abiding, old fashioned and the like. The more interesting people are more often seen on television, though.

I now ask every American to respect the call for calm reflection from two parents who lost their young son.

How about the other two parents whose son was attacked and beaten unmercifully by their thug, and then falsely accused by them and dragged through the court system losing 16 months of their lives before being summarily acquitted by a jury of his peers.

Did you ask them what they requested???

In the Chicago Tribune today on the front page of the NATION & WORLD section, the headline reads “Zimmerman not guilty,” under which appears a big picture of Zimmerman’s defense team congratulating him. Under that image is a small picture of 12-year-old smiling Trayvon Martin. WTHeck?

The best way for President ("If I had a son he'd look like @No_Limit_Nigga Trayvon") Obama to defuse the situation is to keep his mouth shut and get back to his golf.

Don’t be distracted. The Federal government is going to use sleight of hand, to keep our attention focussed on riots and demonstrations like the ones in Oakland, San Francisco and elsewhere, to try and give Boehner and Cantor breathing room to force amnesty for illegal aliens down our throats. DON’T LET THEM DO THIS!!

Steming the tide of gun violence is simple!

The United States is 3rd in Murders throughout the World.
But if you take out Chicago, Detroit, Washington DC and New Orleans,
the United States is 4th from the Bottom for Murders.

These 4 Cities also have the toughest Gun Control Laws in the United States.
This tell you anything?

PS: These cities are also run by DEMOCRATS!

Eliminate their draconian gun laws and then enforce the law!

" That’s the way to honor Trayvon Martin."

Really? Honor a wannabe gansta? This POSPOTUS is still backing that young thug? Does his people not tell him about the recent revelations of stolen goods in his backpack and the scandal brewing between the school police and Sanford police for not comparing reports of the stolen property, and how it was decided by the school to simply suspend him rather than give the stolen jewelry to the Sanford police, and put the stolen jewelry into a "found articles" category? Some heads are going to roll over this, not to mention the outrageous firing of the Sanford police chief.

Good. Because this is a developing story and will eventually come out that Skittles boy was a wannabe gansta according to photos and his Tweeter messages and is a thief.

The above is why I don't believe neither the DOJ nor the Martin family are going to go further. Let them try and watch all of boy Trayvon's recent history come out. It will be fun to watch the racists try to spin his juvenile delinquency into martyrdom.

This will go away, but George Zimmerman's life will be in danger for some time to come. Hope he gets a huge settlement from NBC and moves to a non-extradition country and live his life in peace. But then, the Martins are just waiting to get another payday once Zimmerman is made whole by his suit.

BTW, who but money-grabbers patents their son's name during a trial? What was their attorney thinking? And what a crass thing to do. Oh, right, the lame foundation they formed that I predict will peter out. No one will give a shit 6 months from now and the Martins will look like fools.

The skittles part really takes the cake. They make Martin out to be this 12 year-old smiling waif that wanted nothing more than a bag of candy and a soda pop.

What he really wanted was the ingredients for Purple Lean/Drank.

“Purple Lean (Drank) is an intoxicating beverage also known by the names lean, sizzurp, and liquid codeine. It is commonly abused by southern rappers and wannabe suburban teenagers. It is a mixture of Promethazine/Codeine cough syrup and sprite, with a few jolly ranchers and/or skittles thrown in.

Promethazine with codeine, consumed in such large amounts as is popular with such southern rappers as lil wayne, slim thug, and Big Moe, produces an opiate-like high that is potentiated by the Promethazine.

Promethazine by itself will not produce a high. The beverage must be sipped slowly, and not guzzled, in order to avoid unconsciousness and/or life threatening overdose.”

http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2012/05/23/update-26-part-1-trayvon-martin-what-were-the-last-18-months-like-for-him/

Obama and the Martins don’t care, they have their own agendas.
