Portland 'Justice for Trayvon' Rally: 'Every Bleeping Cop Is a Bleeping Target'

At a "Justice for Trayvon" rally in Portland, Oregon Saturday evening, several speakers reacted to the acquittal of George Zimmerman by calling for violence, including the specific targeting of police.

According to video of the event provided by the "Laughing at Liberals" channel on YouTube, one demonstrator declared: "In my mind, every f***ing cop is a f***ing target."

He explained that he personally, as "a person of color in this racist system," had a long-standing dislike of the police, dating back to a police raid on his family's home during his childhood. He also singled out Portland police chief Capt. Mark Kruger.

The crowd, holding "Justice for Trayvon" signs, applauded his speech.

Elsewhere, marchers declared: "George Zimmerman can go to hell," and chanted "No justice, no peace, no racist police."(continued)

The police (in FL) arrested Zimmerman, booked him, held him for trial, they did their job.

What, exactly did these police do to deserve being blamed for St. Trayvon's demise?

That’s the gayest riot I ever saw.

All I can say is that a good portion of our society is going from dumb to stupid and the last elections seem to bear out this fact. Where this will end no one knows, but it sure doesn’t look good.

Arrest these “speakers” for incitement to riot, incitement to murder, threatening, etc.

This is a bit amusing. Obama’s children are threatening violence while he is calling for an end to gun violence.

Looks like these agitators are embracing the concept of never let a crisis go to waste or create a crisis when none exists.

I expect gun sales to increase.

I want to know where and when the rallies are for the 23 black 17 year-olds murdered by other blacks, in Chicago alone, since Trayvon Martin was killed.

They don’t like authority at all.

Zimmerman represents all the neighborhood watch captains across the country. All the people who might watch them as they skulk around at night and take what they want. In that respect Zimmerman might as well have been a cop. He’s on the side of property rights and they are on the side of piracy.

The Zimmerman trial was about their right to beat the crap out of anyone who watches them. And they lost, and now they intend to take it out on anyone and everyone especially police.

Watched a little bit of MSNBC yesterday AM.
It was pretty obvious they were doing their best to promote a riot.

And they wonder why they get no respect and are looked down on by society. If they want respect they’re definitely not going to get it by looting, assaulting, or threatening violence of any kind on any segment of society.

You know... there was a story that Matt Bracken wrote that had a line in it that I found to be pretty powerful. It was “The media lies, The Media Dies.”

That can be taken several different ways, but in this case a Media ‘organ’ such as MSNBC is dying in front of our eyes, it doesn’t have enough real income from advertisers coming in to grow let alone stay the size that it is. And every-time an advertiser get’s targeted for advertising on that channel it will become even weaker.

And this applies to all MSM news outlets. Keep lying to your subscribers and soon you will be out of business. Which is why they are trying so hard to ‘create/promote’ riots, race-war, civil-war. Bad news sells newspapers and advertising space. It’s been that way for a long, long time.

I guess they aren’t really the quirky, harmless, funny eccentric libs as portrayed on “Portlandia”.

Yes, but to actually DO anything they'd have to put their welfare sucking a$$es at risk. They could get Treyvoned. Safer to demonstrate then go home and celebrate with beer and blow paid for by the taxpayers.

It fits the Alinksy model—cause/support lower level unrest; then bring in the government troops to restore order.
