I know, 30 years of living in it!

Crime has always been bad in parts and it seems to move around for some reason.

Bad stuff can happen anywhere in Duval County.

Some parts are safer than others, not by too much.

Just my observation.

I lived on Firestone Rd for almost a year in the 1970’s. I can only imagine what it is like now!
