That is actually not Laurie Dhue; it's E.D. Hill. The closest I could get to a blowpop picture of Laurie was the warm-up:

She did a documentary on Islam in America.

Beck also a recovering alcoholic , probably the perfect environment for her

She’s hot. But when some people quit drinking, they get boring and never stop talking about being sober. I knew one guy who was really cool, but when he quit drinking he turned into a rage-a-holic and forget taking him to a few Korean ‘Room Salon’ Parties. He would try to convince the waitresses to stop drinking too.

That’s one good way to boost publicity. But sometimes when you say your in recovery, people might expect you to perform even better. They will think once that crutch is gone, you’ll be perfect. However, it’s possible the drinking made her perform better, if you really think about it. To prove she isn’t drunk she had to put on her A Game face. But now she has nothing to prove, so can she still find the motivation to show her A Game?

Not that I am minimizing it, but how do you continue drinking like that? There have been a few times when I've had too many. The next day makes me want to just leave it alone for awhile. It's never crossed my mind, while hung over, to start drinking all over again.
I got hammered on tequila 20 years ago and can't stand the smell of the stuff to this day. The concept of it just escapes me.
