(snip) The interesting thing about this entire Trayvon vs. Zimmerman is the way that Latinos swayed on the circumstances of this trial. The vast majority of our Presente.org members felt that the ruling was shocking and unjust. But some of our members were upset that, as a Latino organization, we were not publicly siding with Zimmerman (who is of Peruvian decent), hence failing the Latino community. Others felt that the killing of a black boy was not something that we should discuss on our social media platforms, demanding instead that we dont steer from solely focusing on Latino issues and interests.
(snip) We are all Trayvon. We are all Jose Antonio. And living with a system that serves to protect the interest of one gun-owner over the life of one young black boy is a system that will continue to perpetuate the status quo of white supremacy upon all people of color.

Where’s the barf alert ?
I am George Zimmerman.
F Saint Skittles.
GTH I have ZERO in common with Thugvon
Ahem - not me. I'm not Trayvon.
Y'all came here, not the other way around
There's always the option of heading back South...but the plumbing doesn't work quite as well there, does it?
Oh Well. Maybe you could team up with the Martin family and their friends, see what kinda lifestyle you end up with.
Hint: Detroit.
Especially the 20 teenagers in Chicage who were killed during the two weeks Zimmerman was on trial. And oh yeah, the four who’ve died since the verdict.
I thought the title was barf enough.
One of my ‘other reasons’:
What, no comment about “Fox News Latino”?
5.56mm
“
Jesús Iñiguez is an undocumented artist and activist who works at Presente.org, the largest online Latino advocacy organization in the U.S”
There it is...
Where IS the barf alert?
I’m not Trayvon. You won’t find me ambushing anybody and bouncing their heads off the concrete.
Only those that cause their racism to give others a beat down are “Trayvon Martin”. That excludes me.
Actually, I really relate to Zimmerman on this one.
“We’re all Trayvon”
Not yet, but keep pushing and you will be.
I’m not Treyvon. Praise the Lord my parents raised me better.
:: Basically he is arguing that street thugs should be allowed to do whatever they want, and that the taxpayers who subsidize them should just shut up and take their beatings. ::
Provided the “thugs” are members of a government protected voting block and those that passively receive their beatings are white -priviledge not withstanding.
Change the actors to “Jose Antonio” as the deceased and Dr. Walter Williams as the self-defender; what then?
“we’re all Trayvon Martin”
not me ese.
Us REAL AMERICANS will continue to uphold the right to self defense.
It’s all about, “What’s the correct racist ideology,” not “What are the facts.”
Es solamente una mierda total.
