I cannot say as I blame them.

They pay taxes to feed all of those in the program, why shouldn’t their kids get the benefit.

If we are going to feed one kid for free they should all be fed for free. Why should those who pay no taxes get free food while those who do pay taxes get none.

While not conceding that the program should exist to begin with, when the program does exist it must be administered sparingly, or it will go bankrupt just like every other program that's been sucked dry.

There is something to your argument, but taking that further turns into fradulent welfare benefits, medicare/medicaid fraud, and so on. Which we all pay for. If those who are ineligible for the benefits fraudulently take the benefits, then that really impacts those of us who pay taxes, and not in a good way.

Because those who pay taxes will then have to pay even more taxes. Just sayin'.
