What would NK want with that old crap? Are his plans to send out obsolete crap until we run out of missiles to shoot them down?

If it's all they can get then it's better than nothing. They currently operate something like 200 Mig-21s and 400 SA-1, 2, and 3 missiles. This is frontline stuff for them.
