When comparing the MSM to Pravda in the old Soviet days, I have more respect for Pravda - they were outright declared to be the offical Party organ of the CPSU. The ASM (American Soviet Media) still attempts to hustle people with the deception that they are independent.
Exactly. Living here in Australia we get world wide news and some of the comments made about the US media are just like that. They compare the fawning of Obamalamadingdong to the Best Korea leader’s news group or as you said the old Soviet Pravda or Izvestia. On an international channel we have I watch the India Times news and the Japanese news and others. They’re really eye openers on their editorials on US news. It’s like a breath of fresh air to watch them.
