Ohmigoodness, I first read this as “Wellington Mara” (owner of the NJ Giants, grandfather (I think) of the actress Rooney Mara). I think Mr. Mara may actually be deceased, not sure.

No, Wellington is a suburb of West Palm Beach, Fl. It is the winter equestrian destination for Hunter/Jumpers and Polo. It is considered upscale although there are areas within Wellington that are very affordable. If you've ever seen ‘The Vanilla Ice Project’ on HGTV, he constantly states his flip homes are in Wellington, even though they are not.
