I have come to realize that whenever I hear Democrats use language like this, they are simply projecting their own sins. It is Sebelius who wants to or is in progress of violating the civil rights of Americans.
My guess is that if you were to ask 10% of the RATs in this country, less than -1% would know who the Hell Robert “Sheets” Byrd was let alone that Ol’ Bobby Boy was a Klan Grand Poo Bah or whatever the Hell they’re called.
