Find it interesting that that evil white Republican governor, Snyder, appointed a black financial manage, Kevyn Orr, to try and make heads and tails out of Detroit. Orr, the evil black, is the one who took Detroit into bankruptcy.
Let’s face it, they have to privatize services. All services, education included. Maybe Detroit can be the new model and help other cities see the light
