No; the trend IS already in place: those who earn income have it re-appropriated via Taxes, Nationally, to fund the hell-holes of tribal parasites and/or Illegals, such as in CA, MI, IL, GA, NY, etc. ALL major cities that lose their PRODUCTIVE populations to suburbia and rural areas just turn into cesspools, run by Democrats, where tax dollars are pocketed and also handed out to the tribes. Unions take over the government and Taxpayers are fleeced without recourse.
