I see by the photos, old “Lumbardo Lardosis” is out and about again. She must have had a stop over on her way to the next vacation. Pathetic!
Its a slap in the face to nonunion and nongovernment employees that have lost the value of their pensions. While forcing them to bail out the ‘special’ people with their tax dollars.
When the entire bubble bursts it well bring hell on earth to us all.
every single wierd off the wall lawsuit filed in this state is filed in ingha county.. that is where the bought and paid for judges reside...
the problem is a black, white or any other color problem..
the problem is corruption, rooted soo deep and soo firmly entrenched that it is virtually impossible to get rid of it..
as with all corruption, it needs a cover story..
and using race as a cover story has worked well for decades...
At the same time, Aquillina voiced her confidence that Obama would ensure that pension guarantees were protected and honored.

Echoes the woman on the Detroit city council who basically said that Detroit voter for Opharoah, so he owes them.
Well, yes, he is the Dear Leader, after all.
I found a post via Hot Air over at National Review.
Here is the concluding paragraph:
So now, a state judge says that the pension mess means Detroit cant file for bankruptcy due to the pensions it cant pay. Since the city now is under federal jurisdiction, the state judges ruling cannot be enforced, but it could carry weight, perhaps with a federal judge who would agree with her ruling. Snyder is contesting the judges decision, and a hearing is set for next week. Ill have more to say on the political meaning of Detroits collapse on the homepage soon, but the case will continue to set historical precedent and test legal doctrine at every stage.

So it seems they are just going to keep hashing it out in Court, but she’s a State Judge, she can’t stop a bankruptcy filing, that is Federal.
So, she’s grandstanding as her juvenile references to Obama make plain.
Does this “judge’s” head come to a sharp point or what? Maybe she is a “wise latina” or something? She is worried about “honoring” nobama????? What about the LAW, you degenerate lackey?
The state capital is in Ingham county, perhaps that is why this was filed in Ingham county?
The Onion? I keep looking for the satire tag. I have no doubt plenty of the left feels this way but few in positions of power are willing to articulate it on the record as this asinine judge did.
"Love for the Fuhrer has become a principle of law." -- Hans Frank, June 30, 1936
Thank you...we live in crazy times...it is past “interesting”...just ceazy!
Another case/situation where judges run a muck thinking and bluffing people into making themselves unelected rulers on their personal say so.Also shows how the USA has been infested with the legal profession to be the ghost rulers of the USA. The Founders warned about such a possibility that the government as intended could corrupted and lost.
“Its also not honoring the president”
I think the bankruptcy honors him perfectly.
Just reinforces what I always say: Cute don’t make up for mean, stupid or crazy.
so you are saying a case in wayne county needs to be filed in ingham county???
every devisive case in this state has not been filed in county of origin..
it has been filed in ingham..
this includes prisoners getting cable tv..
detroit water board..
and so on and so on..
the people of this state are mostly intellegent..
except in ingham county..
union stooges and paid for liberals get elected there..
and forgive my spelling, when a troll comes along and cannot defeat you on points of law or intellegence, they usually find some minor thing to attack you for...
