” Dr. El-Adly, like other experts, asserts that FGM is an ancient pagan custom in the region, with no basis in Islam.”

Muslims are not pagans?

When did this occur?

"... representatives of the Muslim Brotherhood, ... defended FGM as "Islamic."

You can take Islam out of the 6th century, but you can't take the 6th century out of Islam.

Bury those animals up to their necks in sand, in the Sahara and drop scarabs and red ants.

Unbelievable

Back in around 1960, either Life Magazine or Look Magazine published a black-and-white photo of African girls lying on the ground in a row. The photo was from shoulders up; and the girls' eyes were squinted shut, their mouths were open, and their faces contorted in agony. The caption merely said something to the effect of, "Twelve-year-old girls scream while having surgery without anesthesia." No further explanation.

I was too young a girl to understand the photo or even the concept of girls being operated on without anesthesia, nor in a group, lying on the ground. What could possibly be happening to them? At the time, I was living with my siblings in an ordinary American Christian home, in the shelter of both parents, our extended family, the church, the neighborhood and the school; such things took place in parts of the world outside of Western civilization.

The photo, with its mysteriously incomplete caption, was stomach-churning, horrifying beyond imagination. But for the past fifty-plus years, it has not remained beyond memory. Only recently have I realized what it most probably depicted: a group of girls reaching puberty and undergoing ritual genital mutilation.

Nor does this barbarism affect only Africans, or only girls, although it affects them in horrific ways; and more girls are permanently mutilated beyond any hope of a normal life, or die from it, than do boys:

A journey into manhood: The circumcision ceremony for teenage boys in Mandela's tribe (described by the former president as like having 'fire shooting through my veins')

They're smiling now... Filipino youths wait in line to take part in mass 'circumcision party' world record attempt

But remember:

"Diversity is our strength."

"All cultures are equal.

"Islam is a religion of peace."

Never in my wildest nightmares did I believe such barbarism could take place in Europe or the United States. But it is here now; and we must face the lies of multiculturalism before it is too late.

Islam has been an insane rape and murder cult since Mad Mo crawled from the bat cave and barked at the moon.
