My first choice is Ted Cruz. Does his Canadian birth preclude him from becoming POTUS?

Why would it?

Who could have standing, being that no one could “demonstrate a specific and individualized injury from the impending alleged violation of the Twelfth Amendment?” Only the ones going against him in the election, then it will go to the SCOTUS. 10 to one it will be one of Cruz's fellow Repubs, leaving the Democrat candidate for Pres. with clean hands.

Cruz has a Canadian birth certificate and for all we know still has dual citizenship. Some people won’t like that no matter what the courts say.

My first choice is Ted Cruz. Does his Canadian birth preclude him from becoming POTUS? Not according to US law. However, we may see the Randy Paul people arguing the point.
