George Zimmerman has been in hiding for more than a week since a Fla. jury cleared him of charges in the 2012 shooting death of unarmed teen Trayvon Martin. But last week, the embattled neighborhood watch volunteer "pulled an individual from a truck that rolled over," Sanford police captain Jim McAuliffe told ABC News. According to ABC News, Zimmerman was one of two men to rush to the aid of a family of four trapped inside an overturned SUV.
NBC News reports that the incident took place on July 17 in Sanford, Fla. and by the time police had arrived on the scene, the family of four had escaped the vehicle, which had caught on fire. No injuries were reported. Zimmerman and another man were helping two children and their parents get out of the overturned Ford Explorer, the Seminole County Sheriffs Office told NBC News....

Well, the story wasn’t on any of the news channels here. It IS legitimate and timely news; but doesn’t fit the KOA template that Diane Soryer and her ilk must adhere to. Fortunately, they had the royal baby to take up any time Zimmerman might have gotten.
