Pointing to barriers to success, such as the likelihood of being racially profiled, having little or no access to quality health care or to have suffered from gun violence, Rep. Danny Davis called for the end of these and other disparities.

Up to reading that I was hopeful this just might be a good start to addressing these serious issues in the black community. The primary barrier to success is the welfare state has destroyed the black family, and substituted a government for a father. Based on Rep Davis' concerns it sounds like the caucus will simply demand a further expansion of the government plantation for blacks.
