I have been a Trusted Traveler, GOES and Nexxus card holder for at least 6 years and it makes a world of difference.

Apart from the quick screening, I also bypass Customs in the US, Canada, and United Kingdom. Not having to stand around for hours with the masses of humanity is a beautiful thing.
