First it was the Superdome after Katrina: 20,000 fine citizens stuck in the flood waters because they could not do for themselves and they had to wait for the man to come do for them.

Now it's 700,000 fine citizens stuck in Detroit; stuck in the bankruptcy because they could not do for themselves and they have to wait for the man to come do for them.

Isn’t it great to take no responsibility for your actions? These people probably have great self-esteem; any shortcoming on their part is simply chalked up to a “white conspiracy”.
