What these race pimps are most concerned about is the fact that SYG laws provide immunity from any civil lawsuits filed by the assailant or his surviving family. That is also why their democrat masters are trying to force gun owners to carry high levels of liability insurance. Whitey's gotta pay if he successfully defends himself against a beatdown.

An excerpt from: Alabama Code - Section 13A-3-23: USE OF FORCE IN DEFENSE OF A PERSON:

(4)(d) A person who uses force, including deadly physical force, as justified and permitted in this section is immune from criminal prosecution and civil action for the use of such force, unless the force was determined to be unlawful.
