You kidding? I have a book about the history and founding of the Fox TV network. At least half the book is devoted to their struggles trying to manage her and deal with her crapola. Perhaps the only person who is as bad an employee as Keith Olbermann.

I believe Leno is more Libertarian than previously thought. We stopped watching him because he was restrained in his Obama jokes. It was said that ‘Obama just isn’t funny ‘. Now he is kicking butt because most of the country has realized the disaster that is Obama. We have started watching Leno again. We will not be watching Fallon.

“HERE’S A fascinating story,” the longtime host of NBC’s Tonight Show With Jay Leno told his audience last week, mentioning a recent Iowa Supreme Court ruling “that a dentist could legally fire his female assistant because he found her too sexy, too attractive, and a threat to his marriage.

I did that once. Twenty years ago I was a part-owner of a private financial services firm, and needed to hire a full-time on-site staff lawyer who would report directly to me, and with whom I would be working closely on a daily basis.

There was one female applicant who came in for an interview, and she was just breathtakingly gorgeous, in addition to being very smart and well-qualified for the job. (I have a thing for smart women anyway).

I was engaged at the time, and I made the very deliberate and immediate decision not to hire her, because I couldn't take my eyes off her and I did not want to have to deal with that distraction on a daily basis. I ended up hiring a male lawyer.

‘Seinfeld’ wasn’t cancelled. Jerry made the deliberate decision to end it. And I believe ‘Friends’ died because it became too expensive to make. It is a common phenomenon with many long-running shows that the cost to produce an episode - - including the salaries of the stars - - continually rises annually until the lid blows off. A #1 show that makes no profit is useless.

The thing about Leno was the issue that NBC completely mishandled him not once, but twice. NBC should have quietly let David Letterman leave in 1992 and NBC should have given Leno a lucrative retirement package in 2009 for Leno to forever leave doing late night talk shows so Leno can go back to what he loves best, stand-up comedy.

Never happen! Jay isn’t moving anywhere, and least of all to Texas. He has buckets of money, so why would he leave the good climate and all his vintage car buddies in SoCal?
