She's now been given a job at the White House as President Obama's economic adviser. Isn't that crazy? It's unbelievable. She sees everything upside down. In fact, she thinks NBC is at the top of the ratings."
"And also look for President Obama next month on the cover of The Economist. It's their annual April Fools issue."

I think a combination of dropping ratings plus.. NBC Executives want their hand picked guy, Jimmy Fallon.
Although Leno is the most-watched late-night show host, ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel has been making in-roads with the coveted 18-49 demographic. NBC brass doesn’t want Kimmel — who had been in the midnight time slot until recently moving up half an hour — to be firmly established before it gets a chance to move Fallon into Leno’s chair.

He’s worth a coupla’ tens a’ million, so I don’t think he really should care about eating expenses if he loses his job. But going after Obambozo? Just ain’t done!

In one article I read, NBC Execs said Fallon is the closest thing to Johnny Carson they’ve ever seen.

I know he’s probably a liberal, but he’s always seemed like he’d be a relatively cool guy to kick back and have a beer with. Maybe it’s because he’s such a motorhead. Anybody who loves cars as much as he does can’t be all bad, can he?

They are pushing Fallon...And I just don’ see it. He really has zero talent and I don’t get it. Any more than Will Farrell another no talent hack, They are the 21st century equivalent of Pauly Shore.

For anyone to allow their band to play the filth they played when Sarah Palin was a guest on his show, that speaks volumes about their character.
He is and will never be, in any way, even remotely similar to Johnny Carson.
