The "Louis" I suspect is in memory of Lord Louis Mountbatten, Phillips cousin and Chrles uncle and mentor.The Mountbattens (originally Battenberg) have been prominent in England for quite a while

I hadn’t made the the Lord Mountbatten connection but it certainly fits.
I think Stuart Varney was speculating during the “wait” that Louis(ie) would likely not be one of the names......so much for that.
