Yes, there is danger in this! To evil and millions are being truly helped. Eastern mediation is hypnotic and usually uses a mantra, which is the opposite of this Be Still practice. Everyone must decide for themselves and not believe bad authorities! Big problem in this world! Bad authorities! They are the blinding trying to lead the blind!
“pray unceasingly”...”Be still and know that I am God”...prayer in origin mans “ to examine oneself” ..that is all the Be still is...examining , or watching the mind and all that passes through it so that motivation and action is from God’s light and not thoughts that are often evil in origin. Very simple, yet complex to the bad authorities.
