Stories like these go to show you just how "serious" the feds are about enforcing our border laws. They won't even deport illegals with criminal records as long as Webster's Dictionary.

Maybe they should give him one more chance—after all it costs money to deport him and he would be back in a couple of days anyway.

Hey that’s not right, the limit should be 38.

So that's how may it takes? Good grief!
It should only take one offense to be deported and being here illegally is one.

Sadly, there are a lot of people (including some on this site) who would make the same statement that you did, minus the sarcasm.

Why any alien released from prison after committing a felony is not as a matter of policy immediately deported is a sign of significant cultural decline.

According to amnesty advocates, he shouldn't be deported at all. He should be made a citizen.

After all, illegals "do the work Americans won't do" (like what? vandalism?), "it costs too much to deport them all" (I guess we shouldn't incarcerate murderers or thieves either, that costs money too!), they're all conservative Republicans who don't know it yet (can they even spell the words "conservative" or "Republican?"), and they'll single-handedly rescue Social Security (with no jobs or minimum-wage jobs?).

Criminals be warned: we’ll allow 36 crimes, but not 37!

He is permitted to forge a passport every 18 months, so they are not counting his forgeries.......

My wife has a neice who is now in her early forties. A few years ago, she started shacking up with an illegal alien from Mexico. I of course reported him to the local ICE authorities, who of course, are worthless as tits on a boar hog.

Fast forward to the present, they now have two, beautiful little girls. The Mexican has now persuaded the neice (who is dumber than a bag of hammers), to sell the trailer, quit her job at the local Mickey D's, and move to Mexico with no visible means of support. I called every child services agency, Homeland Security, etc. all to no avail.

Pray for the children.

Solution: Triple S. Shoot, shovel, shut up.

I’m sorry to hear about the situation. While the immediate fault lies with the illegal himself and your wife’s niece, the ultimate fault lies with Border Patrol, ICE, and the Federal Government’s lax attitude towards enforcing immigration law in general.
