At least where I’ve been. Philly, Baltimore, and DC Blacks are the most racist people I’ve ever met..

I have to say honestly I've met extremely nice, polite black people on my trips to Baltimore. But I get your point. The most racist white people I've ever seen are a tie between a small town in Michigan and one in Ohio.

Never seen any of the above in Alabama.

I’ve lived/spent time in Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida(3 places). People seemed to get along better there in general, regardless of race. I spent most of my life in the Northeast thinking Southerners were backwards. My opinion is obviously different now.
