A heavy, long course of Doxyclicine should bring her around, probably faster than you’d imagine.
105 degrees is not good but it’s not nearly as awful as it would be for a person.
I hope the vets are pumping IV Doxy into her.
If not, they should be.

I sold an electric guitar yesterday, and a keyboard today. I have no money left, but maybe some of my ebay stuff will sell this weekend.
They asked me if Lynn-Dah has Health insurance, but I don’t even have that for ME.
