The soiree went very well, thanks - a quintet of thick boneless New York Strips on the Grill - steamed shrimp as an appetizer, a couple of of micro-brews before dinner, wine with dinner, and a good Islay Single Malt - Caol Ila - afterwards. A most pleasant evening with wife and children as well as with my sister and brother-in-law!
