Re the prefunding in Obamacare, take a look at this article that was written two years ago.
To any who do not realize that over $105-billion has already been appropriated to fund Obamacare, I direct your attention to the February 10, 2011, revision of the Congressional Research Service’s paper, “Appropriations and Fund Transfers in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA),” CRS number R41301. It documents the specific provisions that I’m discussing and the magnitude of those advance appropriations.
I remember Steve King saying in eary 2011 that the Reps had one shot at defunding Obamacare, but it was never approved. They had the leverage and momentum after the 2010 midterms, but lacked the courage to take the necessary action.

So I am to understand that the time has passed for Repubs to defund Obamacare, as least for the most part?
Rush is on the radio extolling the House guys to defund, Hannity. But it’s futile?
I thought America’s House handles all gubmint funding. But the ACA was written to bypass that safeguard? Why was THIS factor never taken to the Supreme Court.
Why should the Repubs, I must ask, waste time doing something so very useless?

He's almost by him self claiming "we have to do the right thing and defund obamacare". He doesn't have a prayer in either House. Both sides are after him yet he sits there takes on socialist Chris Wallass and continues to advocate doing the right thing for the country.He says, 2/3 of the people don't want this monstrosity and needs to be defunded.
I don't care if the guy wins this one or not.He has made his mark and it says for politicians to do the right thing for the country. That's all you can ask from these guys.
Finally a leader we can believe in.
