I miss the gist of what you are conveying to me about Cruz’s eligibility for POTUSA.
The “gist”?
The founders relied on the voters and our Representatives at the State level and in Congress, to determine eligibility.
Being eligible is one thing.
Being ELECTABLE is something else.
The voters DO have some responsibility here.
