The problem with the justice system in Miami is that Trayvon should have been in juvie for his crimes, which would have possibly saved his sorry young life.

Maybe. It looks like he was headed towards a brief career as a hoodlum. He was already spinning the barrel on the loaded gun and pulling the trigger, forgive the metaphor. Unfortunately, the bullet was right under the hammer last year. If he hadn't gotten himself shot while assaulting Zimmerman, odds are he would have encountered other opportunities in the near future where he would have thrown away his life.
