I have always believed that McCain ran to ensure Obama’s victory.

When one notes how woefully incompetent their campaigns were, one wonders if both McCain and Romney didn't "take a dive," as they say in boxing.

McCain definitely threw the election. Romney didn’t, he REALLY wanted to be president. He was just an awful candidate.
